Heritage Walks around Cambridge are many and varied. Included in our website we have a Business Walk, Churches, Cambridge Domain, Leamington, Waikato River and the Suburbs. These cover (or will link to) the foundation of Cambridge, historic buildings, people, places, etc.

The Cambridge Domain was established in 1880 with tracks around and down to Lake Te KoUtu.
In 1980 the tracks along the Waikato River were established by the Cambridge Borough Council.
Over the period of 1994 - 96 the Heritage Trail Establishment Committee researched, raised $13,896, produced a brochure and designed 25 signs to create the Cambridge Heritage and Tree Trail. (This is part of a National Heritage Trail scheme with distinctive teal and gold signage.)
In 1998 the Leamington Perimeter track was opened and the Cambridge Tree Trust is continuing with the tree planting programmes.

Garden rambles, art galleries and horse studs are also popular with Cambridge visitors.
